KIYOSU-JYO Castle

I took a break in the KIYOSU Park, after about 4 hours walking from NAGOYA Station. I was drowsy and very comfortable, while I sat on the bench under the wisteria shelf to cooldown avoiding direct sunlight in the midsummer afternoon. I watched the castle up beside the park, after having about a 30 minute nap. I did not feel the castle is old, instead I felt it is harmonious with the beauty of the current residential area. It is said the castle was the center for NOBUNAGA-ODA’s power about 500 years ago, however it was broken by IEYASU-TOKUGAWA. Because IEYASU-TOKUGAWA had to move the center to NAGOYA Castle. NOBUNAGA-ODA and IEYASU-TOKUGAWA had each been SHOGUN king of this empire during the SENGOKU-JIDAI Japanese war era. And the castle was re-built in 1 Heisei period about 30 years ago, now it is familiar for neighborhoods here as their symbol. Although it is very calm and peaceful now, I wonder if it may have been a very large and dignified building during that time!
