“HACHInoSU KABE” Rock Wall
I took a short break at the YUKAWA Station, and I walked for about two hours along route 42. Then, I found an interesting rock wall on the mountain side opposite of the seaside on the curved road. I could not see that the name of the rock wall, and that how it was formed, because there was no information board. It was artistic and also interesting. There was no bench for a rest, so I started to walk again after just taking some photographs. I now know that it’s name is “HACHInoSU KABE” due to my investigation using the internet. It was formed with a lot of holes like as honeycomb as the name suggests. I would like to know that how it was formed, though there may be other similar style rock walls around the world.
